1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Jetscan service (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this Service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Jetscan provides a SaaS solution for scanning and managing receipts for tax purposes. Users can capture and store receipts, extract relevant information, and integrate with accounting software.
3. Modifications to Terms
Jetscan reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes via email and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
4. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
5. Payment and Subscription
- Subscription fees for using Jetscan are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as per the plan selected.
- All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for partial months.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Jetscan or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Jetscan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Jetscan has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
